Charged on the oath of John Marshall, Esq on suspicion of feloniously stealing about seven pecks of winowwed wheat, his property, out of the barn of him the said John Marshall, at the parish of Neen Savage, on Friday night or Saturday morning last: committed 29th day of January, 1800, by Thomas Mytton, Esq NB the above John Williams and Edward Botfield stand charged with stealing a silver spoon out of the dwellinghouse of Richard Milner, at the parish of Stottesdon, on the 26th day of December last, the said Edward Botfield having impeached the said John Williams of the said felony, and the spoon having been found in the custody of Elizabeth Jones, to whom the said John Williams had given it: committed by warrant of detainer the third day of February 1800, by Thomas Mytton, Esq
