Charged on the oath of William Dallowy, on suspicion of feloniously stealing a lamb, the property of John Dallowy, of the parish of Burford, in the month of May last: committed until the next assizes, the 28th day of December, 1819, by Thomas Mytton, Esq. The said Daniel Heddington stands further charged with feloniously stealing three bushels of wheat in the chaff, of the value of 20 shillings, the property of Ann Towers, spinster, - a bill of indictment was presented to the Grand Inquest, at the General Gaol Delivery, held at Shrewsbury, on Wednesday, the 29th day of July, in the 58th year of the reign of King George the Third, and by them found a true bill, to which indictment the said Daniel Heddington has not yet appeared. | Not guilty |
