Charged by the oath of Francis Hatham of the parish of Cleobury Mortimer on a violent suspicion of having feloniously entered his Barn in the parish of Cleobury Mortimer aforesaid, with intent to steal the Wheat, the Property of him the said Francis Hatham, committed the 17th October by Charles Walcot Esq. NB the said John Shakeshaft is held by bail till the next assize for the said county, from the 12th December last.
