The said William Dalton charged upon the oath of Charles Williams, shopman to Mr John Herbert of the parish of Cleobury Mortimer, mercer, on suspicion of being guilty of a felony and burglary, at Mr John Herbert's, of Cleobury Mortimer aforesaid, on the ninth day of January last past, and the said Lucy his wife, of being an accessory to two persons not yet taken, namely Launcelot Cooper, and James Rollaston, who were principals in the said offence, and James Carter, William Shields, John Hirons, and Thomas Wilcox, with being accessaries after the fact: committed until the next assizes to be holden in and for the County of Salop and until they shall be discharged by due course of law, the 7th day of February, 1805, by Thomas Mytoon, EsqNo prosecution
