Charged by the oath of Maria Butcher, of Kinlet, single woman, that on or about the third day of November last past, in the parish of Kinlet aforesaid, the said Maria Butcher was delivered of a female bastard child, and that the said bastard child is become chargeable to the said parish of Kinlet, and has charged the said Abraham Wright, of the parish of Bayton, in the County of Worcester, with having gotten her with child of the said bastard child, who has refused to enter into security to indemnify the said parish, and also to enter into recognizance with sufficient security for his personal appearance at the next general quarter sessions of the peace to be held in and for the said county: committed the second day of May, by TM Lyster clerk |
