Richard Edwards stands charged with feloniously taking and conveying away, on the 13th day of December, 1829, in the dwellinghouse of John Newall, of Stottesdon, a six-gallon barrel, containing five gallons of elderberry wine, of the value of fifteen shillings and sixpence, the property of the said John Newall; and the said Thomas Haynes and Elizabeth Haynes his wife stand charged with receiving the aforesaid stolen property, and with being accessories before and after the fact: committed the second day of March, 1830, by the Rev John Mare Wood, clerk
