Charged upon the oath of John Hyde, one of the overseers of the poor of the parish of Stottesdon, having been lately delivered of a bastard child, which is likely to become chargeable to the said parish, and with refusing to filiate said bastard child, or to indemnify the said parish against the charges of the said bastard child: committed until she shall filiate said bastard child before two of his Majesty's justices of the peace for the County of Salop, or until she shall give sufficient surety to indemnify the said parish from the charges thereof: committed the 18th day of August, 1821, by Thomas Whitmore and William Yelverton Davenport, Esq's
