Charged upon the oath of James Sheward one of the Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Hopton Wafers, with unlawfully returning to the said parish of Hopton Wafers, from whence he had been legally removed by an Order under the hands and seals of Thomas Baines, clerk, and Thomas Knight, Esq. two of his Majesty's justices of the Peace for the said county, to the chappelry of Knighton upon Tean in the County of Worcester, without bringing a certificate from the said chappelry of Knighton upon Tean; of which offence the said Thomas Morris is duly convicted, and ordered into confinement: for the space of one month: committed the 22nd day of June 1795, by Thomas Knight, Esq
