Charged by Matthew Hopcutt, of the parish of Kinlet, shoemaker, with burglariously breaking and entering the dwellinghouse of the said Matthew hot cut, in the said parish of Kinlet, on Saturday night, the third day of December last, between the hours of nine and 12 o'clock in the night of the same day, and feloniously taking and stealing their out to pair of breeches, one coat, two waistcoats, and one pair of stockings, the property of the said Matthew Hopcutt: committed until the next assize or general gaol delivery, the ninth day of December, 1808, by J Soley Esq
